Nepali Cricket Team will start their T20 world cup campaign on November 15 against Denmark. The tournament will begin from November 15- November 30. After the defeat against Italy in European Qualification, Denmark was selected in the difficult pool along with Nepal. Afghanistan, Scotland, Netherland, Papua New Guinea(PNG), Kenya, Bermuda are the other team in Group B along with Nepal and Denmark.
While, the host nation UAE is in group A along with Ireland, Canada, Hongkong, Uganda, America, Namibia and Italy. The top 5 team from each group will advance to the next round and among the top 10 teams, 6 team will make the final berth for the T20 World Cup, Bangaldesh that wil be held from March 16 – April 6.
Meanwhile Nepal will play their warm up match against host UAE on November 12, and with USA on November 13.
In the last T20 World Cup Qualifier, Nepal defeated Kenya, Bermuda, Denmark and Papua New Guinea while lost against Afghanistan and Netherland and Nepal finished 7th in the tournament by defeating PNG. Scotland will be the new opponents for Nepal.Fixture Of Nepali Cricket Team :
